The DLC-$$ is a vehicle in Retro City Rampage, owned by Doc Choc. The car is based on the DeLorean time machine from Back to the Future. It can time travel using a Flux Combobulator (a parody of the Flux Capacitor). It is used on some missions. It shots fire out of the back at top speed (it also happens when you hit it).
